Self-hosted alternatives to 10 Minute Mail

10 Minute Mail is a free service that hands out an email address which stops receiving mail after ten minutes, for one-off sign-ups. One listed app does its main job and runs in your own Cloudflare account.

Each answer comes from the app’s README and source code, compared with the features 10 Minute Mail describes on its own site.
