Self-hosted alternatives to Inoreader
Inoreader is a hosted feed reader that follows websites, newsletters and social sources and adds rules, tags, notes and AI summaries. One listed app does its main job and runs in your own Cloudflare account.

- It has no newsletter or social sources, no tags or rules with actions, no article search and no official apps.
- What it adds
- Google Reader and Fever API support lets Reeder Classic sync with it, and the app runs in your own Cloudflare account with passkey-only sign-in.
- Yes Follow websites and RSS feeds. Reads RSS, Atom, RDF and JSON Feed, with website feed discovery and OPML import and export.
- Partly Folders and tags. Custom feed names and categories; no tags found.
- Partly Filters and rules for incoming articles. Per-subscription filters by title, content or author exclude matching entries; no rule actions such as tagging found.
- Partly Save articles to read later with notes. Entries can be starred and archived; no notes or tags on saved items found.
- No Search across articles. The search box only jumps to a subscribed feed by name; no article search found.
- Partly AI summaries and questions on articles. AI summaries through Workers AI and AI Gateway, switched off by default; no question answering or custom prompts found.
- No Newsletters delivered as feeds. No email-to-feed intake found in the source.
- No Social and video feeds such as Reddit, Mastodon, Telegram and YouTube. Only RSS, Atom, RDF and JSON Feed sources; no social or video source connectors found.
