MailerSend is a hosted service for transactional email, SMS and WhatsApp messages with an API and SMTP relay. One listed app does its main job and runs in your own Cloudflare account.

- No SMTP relay, outbound webhooks, drag and drop builder or email verification.
- What it adds
- API keys can be limited to chosen domains and come as test or live keys, and the same project adds a shared team inbox.
- Yes Transactional email through an API. POST /v1/send with an API key, an Idempotency-Key header and rate limiting.
- No SMTP relay. No SMTP service in the source or docs.
- Partly Template builder with drag and drop and HTML editing. HTML and Handlebars templates managed in the admin panel, no drag and drop builder.
- Partly Inbound routing. The inbox Worker receives mail through Email Routing and threads it, but there are no inbound parse routes or webhooks to your app.
- No Webhooks. No outbound webhooks, the bounce webhook route only receives reports.
