Self-hosted alternatives to OnceHub

OnceHub, formerly ScheduleOnce, is a scheduling platform with booking pages, routing forms and phone and chat agents. One listed app does its main job and runs in your own Cloudflare account.

Each answer comes from the app’s README and source code, compared with the features OnceHub describes on its own site.

  • Punctual booking page for a 30-minute intro call, with an August 2026 date picker and open half-hour slots

Open-source Calendly alternative for a single team, with booking pages, calendar sync and team scheduling on Workers

Who it suits
Small teams and sales or support groups who use OnceHub for branded booking pages with calendar sync, buffers and round-robin routing across a few people, and who do not use routing forms, booking hubs or phone agents.
What a OnceHub user would miss
Routing forms, booking hubs, phone and chat agents, group meetings with several guests, room scheduling, text reminders and host approval of bookings. The open-source build covers one team, it is pre-1.0, and emails are only logged until Resend, Brevo or Cloudflare Email Service is set up.
What it adds
It runs as one Worker with D1, KV, R2, Durable Objects and a queue in your own Cloudflare account, the MIT-licensed build has no seat limits, and it adds a REST API, HMAC-signed webhooks, an embed widget and a built-in MCP server.
  • Yes Branded or embedded booking pages. Booking pages with company, event type and host branding, plus an embed script with a resizing iframe.
  • Yes Calendar sync with real-time double-booking checks. Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 busy times, with double-booking blocked in the database.
  • Partly Buffers, lead time and daily meeting limits. Buffers before and after, minimum notice, a booking horizon and a daily cap per event type; no host approval step found.
  • Partly Round-robin, multi-host and group meetings. Round-robin and collective events with required and optional hosts; no group events with several guests.
  • Partly Email and SMS reminders. Reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before, plus Slack and Telegram alerts for hosts; no text messages.
  • No Routing forms before booking. No routing forms found; guests only answer custom questions on the event type.
  • No Booking hubs. No booking hub; each event type has its own link.
  • No Phone agents and web chatbots. No phone or chat agents; a built-in MCP server lets an AI agent list slots and book.
