Paymug
Storefront and checkout for digital products, license keys and subscriptions, with payments going straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account
Paymug dashboard
Paymug sells digital products from a storefront in your own Cloudflare account. Buyers pay through your own Stripe or PayPal account, with sandbox and live modes, and Paymug then delivers the file, a license key or access to a private GitHub repository. Products, customers, orders, refunds and discounts are managed in one dashboard, and buyers get a portal for their purchases.
You can sell one-time products and subscriptions, share a checkout link for each product or send buyers to the storefront, and test sales in sandbox mode before going live. Payment credentials stay in environment variables and never reach the database; the dashboard only chooses which provider buyers see. For PayPal, Paymug can create the webhook itself. After a payment clears, Paymug delivers what the buyer bought: a download stored in R2, a license key, or an invitation to a private GitHub repository through a GitHub OAuth app. Order and receipt emails go out through Cloudflare Email Service. The open-source core covers the storefront, checkout, delivery and the order dashboard. A paid Pro license, activated inside your own deployment, adds email campaigns and automations, an affiliate system, pages with a CMS and multiple stores. The Deploy to Cloudflare button copies the repository, and Wrangler creates the D1 database and R2 bucket on the first deploy, which also runs the migrations. Set AUTH_SECRET, ENCRYPTION_SECRET and NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL, then the Stripe or PayPal keys.
Built for: Creators, indie developers and small software sellers who want the store and customer data in their own account

Good to know
Paymug is not a merchant of record: you handle sales tax and VAT yourself, which Gumroad and Lemon Squeezy do for their sellers. Emailing customers through Cloudflare Email Service needs Workers Paid and an onboarded sending domain. Email campaigns, automations, affiliates, CMS pages and multiple stores need the paid Pro license. The app refuses to start until AUTH_SECRET, ENCRYPTION_SECRET and NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL are set. One maintainer; the repository dates from August 2026.
Cost on Cloudflare
Depends on usage
The store runs on Workers Free: D1, R2, the Images binding and two Cron Triggers fit the free allowances. Sending order and receipt emails to customers through Cloudflare Email Service needs Workers Paid ($5 a month).
The estimate is based on Cloudflare’s documented limits and the app’s configuration. What you pay depends on your usage and plan.
