Self-hosted alternatives to Hastebin

Hastebin is a web pastebin operated by Toptal for storing and sharing plain text and code snippets through a shareable URL. One listed app does its main job and runs in your own Cloudflare account.

What a Hastebin user would miss
Creating a paste needs the admin login or an API key, so there is no anonymous posting.
  • Yes Save text and copy a shareable URL. Markdown editor with a short link slug you can customize.
  • Partly Duplicate and edit a saved text. Pastes can be edited by the admin; duplicate is not listed.
  • No Keyboard shortcuts for save, new, duplicate and raw. Not documented.
  • Partly Public API with a token. REST endpoints with API keys; creating a paste needs the admin login or a key.
  • Yes Pastes kept for a limited time. Expiration time and view limit, or keep forever.
