Self-hosted alternatives to SubTracker

SubTracker is a web app for tracking subscriptions entered by hand, with renewal alerts and spending totals and no bank connection. Two listed apps do its main job and run in your own Cloudflare account.

Each answer comes from the app’s README and source code, compared with the features SubTracker describes on its own site.
