CloudMeet

Self-hosted booking page and Calendly alternative with Google Calendar and Outlook sync, on Cloudflare Pages

CloudMeet booking page for a 30-minute Google Meet event, with open dates on a month calendar

CloudMeet publishes a booking page where guests pick a slot from availability checked against the host's Google or Outlook calendar. It deploys from a GitHub template to Cloudflare Pages with D1 and KV. A small cron Worker sends reminder emails.

Each event type has its own duration, such as 30 minutes or an hour, and working hours and availability rules decide which times guests can pick. Bookings land in Google Calendar, Outlook or both. When both calendars are connected, availability is checked across the two. Each event can get a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link. Confirmation, cancellation and reminder emails are configured from an email settings dashboard and sent through Emailit. Reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before a meeting: a separate cron Worker runs every 5 minutes and calls the app's reminder endpoint. The app is a SvelteKit project. The reminder Worker deploys alongside it from the same GitHub Actions workflow, and a Sync and Deploy workflow later pulls updates from the upstream template and redeploys.

Built for: Individuals who take meetings and want a self-hosted booking page tied to Google Calendar or Outlook on their own Cloudflare account.

What you can use it for

  • Publish a personal booking page instead of paying for a scheduling service
  • Let clients book intro calls from a public link
  • Avoid double bookings across a work Outlook and a personal Google calendar
  • Attach a Google Meet or Teams link to booked calls automatically
  • Remind guests by email a day and an hour before each meeting

Deploy

  • Manual

Create a repository from the template, add the Cloudflare, Google OAuth and app secrets under Actions secrets, then run the Deploy to Cloudflare Pages workflow. It creates the D1 database, KV namespace and Pages project.

Setup takes a Google Cloud project with the Calendar API and an OAuth client, a Cloudflare API token with D1 edit rights and seven required GitHub secrets. Outlook support needs an additional Azure app registration.

What it needs to run

  • D1 databasescloudmeet
  • KV namespacesKV

Also uses

  • Google OAuth (required): Admin sign-in and Google Calendar accessSource
  • Emailit (optional): Sends booking emails
  • Microsoft OAuth (optional): Connects Outlook Calendar and adds Teams links

Good to know

Sign-in uses Google OAuth, and only the Google account set as ADMIN_EMAIL can log in. Booking emails are sent only when an Emailit API key is configured. Without CRON_SECRET the reminder endpoint can be triggered by anyone.

Cost on Cloudflare

Likely fits the free plan

The README states that CloudMeet runs entirely on Cloudflare's free tier. It uses Pages, D1, KV and one Worker whose cron trigger fires every 5 minutes (288 runs a day), a small share of the Workers Free plan's 100,000 daily requests.

The estimate is based on Cloudflare’s documented limits and the app’s configuration. What you pay depends on your usage and plan.
