Chatpony
Live chat for your website that turns offline messages into email tickets, answered from one console or from Slack and Telegram
Chatpony homepage with the live chat widget open, offering a Send us a message button
Visitors chat through a widget on your site. When nobody is online, their message becomes an email ticket, so it does not get lost. Your team answers chats and tickets from one console, or straight from Slack, Telegram, Feishu or Lark. One purchase covers the whole company with no per-seat fees, and the app runs in your own Cloudflare account.
The console shows live chats and email tickets side by side. Agents see who is online, assign and snooze conversations and answer with saved replies; tickets move between open, pending and resolved. Each conversation can also be mirrored into Slack, Telegram, Feishu or Lark. A reply sent there reaches the visitor, attachments included, so the team can answer without opening the console. The widget keeps a WebSocket connection to one Durable Object per conversation. Conversations are stored in D1 and attachments in R2, and email is processed on Queues. According to the developer, the private repository you get after purchase has a Deploy to Cloudflare button that creates all of these and asks for three generated secrets. A setup wizard then creates the first admin, and two script tags add the widget to your site.
Built for: Small companies that want live chat and email support in their own Cloudflare account without per-seat pricing
What you can use it for
- Chat with website visitors while someone is online
- Turn offline messages into email tickets
- Answer visitors from Slack or Telegram
- Run support for several sites and brands from one deployment
Deploy
One-click
According to the developer, the private repository you get after purchase has a Deploy to Cloudflare button. It creates the D1 database, R2 bucket, KV namespace, queues and Durable Objects and asks for three generated secrets. Then open /app with the one-time token to create the first admin and inbox.
After the button deploy, a setup wizard creates the first admin and inbox, two script tags add the widget to your site, and email needs an Email Routing setup.
Good to know
One purchase covers one company. The license (PolyForm Internal Use 1.0.0 plus the developer's terms) does not let you run Chatpony as a service for other companies or share its code. The public repository holds only a README; the code, the Deploy button and the Wrangler configuration come with the private repository you get after purchase. Email tickets need a domain on Cloudflare with Email Routing, and the developer does not say how replies are sent by email or which Cloudflare plan that needs. The public repository dates from August 2026.
Price
From $69 one-time
Standard is $69 at launch (list price $169) with a year of updates. Lifetime ($269) and Group ($469, for several related companies) include updates for as long as the product exists. Each covers one company with unlimited deployments, agents and end users. 14-day refund.

You buy the app from its developer and run it in your own Cloudflare account, which Cloudflare bills separately. Prices change, so check the developer’s site before you buy.
Cost on Cloudflare
Unknown
Durable Objects with SQLite storage, D1, R2, KV, Queues and Email Routing all have free allowances on Workers Free. The developer does not say how replies go out by email; sending email to any address through Cloudflare needs Workers Paid.
The estimate is based on Cloudflare’s documented limits and the app’s configuration. What you pay depends on your usage and plan.
